Ghost Town Oats is a new brand of premium oat milk that challenges the lack of inclusion in the plant-based milk space. Founded by three baristas, Michelle Johnson, Ezra Baker, and Eric J. Grimm, the trio put their espresso-slinging talents into formulating the optimal, creamy oat milk while making plant-based alternatives ubiquitous and accessible to everyone, especially folks of color.
